Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between joya9 bat and its users. Accessing the joya9 bat platform, creating an account, or using any service means you have fully read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

The meanings of some key terms used in this document are set out below:

• "Platform" — The joya9 bat website, mobile application and all associated digital services.
• "Member" or "User" — A person who receives services through a registered account on joya9 bat.
• "Bonus Funds" — Money granted under a promotion or welcome offer, which may be withdrawn subject to specific conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The amount that must be wagered before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — The process of verifying a member's identity.

Account Registration

Every person must create a valid account to use services on joya9 bat. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in the account being closed.

2.1 One Account Per Person

Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed immediately and any bonuses or pending withdrawals in those accounts may be cancelled.

2.2 Account Security

It is your sole responsibility to keep your login details — username, password and OTP — completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe there has been unauthorised access to your account, contact the support team immediately via live chat or email.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

joya9 bat may request documents at any time to verify a member's identity. This may include a national identity card, passport or other government-issued document. Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC is completed.

Age and Eligibility

At the time of registration you must confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. If joya9 bat finds that a member does not meet the age requirement, that account will be closed immediately and the related transactions will be reviewed.

In addition, use of the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming or betting is legally prohibited is not permitted. Members are solely responsible for being aware of the laws applicable in their location.

Deposits and Withdrawals

joya9 bat currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank).

4.1 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for each method).
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Once a deposit is successfully processed, it will be automatically credited to the joya9 bat account.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the payment method used for the deposit, or to a KYC-verified method.
• A withdrawal may be held if the wagering conditions of an active bonus have not been met.

Bonuses and Promotions

joya9 bat offers various promotional offers. Each offer has its own conditions, which must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times — meaning ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 in wagering must be completed.

A bonus is never direct cash — it only becomes withdrawable after the specified wagering conditions are met.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Another bonus may not be claimed while an active bonus is in place.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may apply to a limited range of game categories — the detailed conditions of each offer will be provided separately.
• If a violation is detected after a bonus has been claimed, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• joya9 bat reserves the right to change or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

VIP Program

The joya9 bat VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.

Weekly cashback is paid on the net loss for that week at the applicable rate:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Example: A Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback. To move up to a higher tier, members must remain regularly active — specific thresholds are communicated on the platform.

VIP benefits apply to the member's own account only and are non-transferable. joya9 bat reserves the right to review and change the tier of any VIP member.

Game and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Results

All games on the joya9 bat platform are operated using real-time random number generators (RNG) and third-party game provider technology. Game results are entirely impartial and not predetermined.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection during a game session, joya9 bat will review the server logs and take appropriate action. Abnormal winnings displayed as a result of a technical error may be cancelled.

7.3 Sports Betting

Odds set in betting markets are subject to change. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed will be treated as final. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

7.4 Prohibited Activities

• Bonus arbitrage or abuse of the system.
• Placing coordinated bets from multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.
• Using another member's account or attempting to access another member's account.

Security and Privacy

joya9 bat gives the highest priority to protecting members' personal and financial information. All data transmission is secured using SSL encryption technology.

Responsible Gaming

joya9 bat believes that gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity, not a source of income. We encourage all members to set their own limits and play responsibly.

• All gaming activities are for persons aged 21+.
• Avoid placing bets while under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.

Account Suspension and Closure

joya9 bat reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If false or forged identity documents are provided.
• If fraudulent or suspicious transactions are identified.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period.

Members may also request account closure at any time. In that case, any legitimate funds in the account will be returned after verification is completed.

Limitation of Liability

joya9 bat is not liable for:

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or third-party technical failures.
• Any loss resulting from a member inadvertently disclosing their login details.
• Temporary platform downtime due to natural disasters, cyberattacks or other uncontrollable causes.
• A member not receiving expected earnings from game results.

Under the maximum limit of applicable law, joya9 bat's total liability for any single event shall not exceed the total deposits made by the relevant member in that month.

Terms Amendment and Effect

joya9 bat reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Members will be notified through the platform of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken as the member's acceptance of the updated terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Any disputes arising from these terms will first be addressed through negotiation.
